Understanding the dimensions of difference and power

During this course you will:

• Increase your knowledge and understanding of equality, diversity, and inclusion, and why they are important and what the benefits are.
• Develop an understanding of the concept of power and privilege and how they manifest in organisations.
• Expand your knowledge of the various dimensions of difference and intersectional identities.
• Establish a connection between identity, intersectionality, and power.
• Analyse the relationship between power distance, organisational conflict, and change.

If you are booking on behalf of someone else, please enter their name and email address on the same form when prompted. Also, ensure that you enter all the names and email addresses of all the participants if you are booking multiple places.

Cancellations must be made via email to Cfid-divcourse@bradford.ac.uk. A full refund will be given for cancellations made 4 weeks before the start date of the course, and a 50% refund will be given if cancelled 2 weeks before the start date of the course. No refund will be paid for any cancellations less than 2 weeks before the start date of the course.
