Leveraging diversity for organisational performance

During this course you will:

• Explore the value-in-diversity proposition and the different schools of thought.
• Gain deeper insights into how to use EDI as a strategic tool for organisational performance.
• Learn how to develop diversity interventions that count for organisational success. 
• Craft your own strategies for eliminating barriers to EDI in your organisation.

Also, ensure that you enter all the names and email addresses of all the participants if you are booking multiple places.

Cancellations must be made via email to Cfid-divcourse@bradford.ac.uk. A full refund will be given for cancellations made 4 weeks before the start date of the course, and a 50% refund will be given if cancelled 2 weeks before the start date of the course. No refund will be paid for any cancellations less than 2 weeks before the start date of the course.
