Fees: £200 per module for each participant

During this course you will:
- Understand the importance of embedding EDI principles in all human resource practices.
- Broaden your knowledge of the strategies for developing a fair and inclusive recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Understand the steps and benefits of creating inclusive workplace cultures to avoid pitfalls such as unconscious bias, stereotypes, discrimination, microaggression and prejudice.
- Develop knowledge and skills in managing diverse talents and teams.

Cancellations must be made via email to Cfid-divcourse@bradford.ac.uk. A full refund will be given for cancellations made 4 weeks before the start date of the course, and a 50% refund will be given if cancelled 2 weeks before the start date of the course. No refund will be paid for any cancellations less than 2 weeks before the start date of the course.
